Online Orders - Orders placed during Dracut Appliance's hours of operation will be possessed and schedule for delivery within 1 hour of receipt. Orders received after business hours will be processed the next business day. Products that are in stock and can be delivered within a few of days of order. Deliveries of products that are not in stock are based on factory availability. Generally products are available within 2 weeks. Dracut Appliance is a member of a multi billion dollar buying group with product coming in to a 285,000 square foot warehouse every day.

Delivery Times: Dracut Appliance will call the night before your delivery and give you a 4-hour time frame. Make sure you set up your delivery on a day you are able to be home all day. We offer call-ahead service. Our drivers can call you on their way to your delivery. When using your own installer. Make sure your old appliance is unhooked for pick up when the new appliance arrives. All deliveries must be paid for 48 hours in advance

Delivery Policies: Delivery is free on any purchase of $399 or more with in a 15 mile radius. Dracut Appliance also offers free removal of your old appliance. We will not pick up additional items on top of what we are delivering. (If we are delivering a washer we will remove your old washer. Not a washer and dryer.). We will not return for pick up of old appliances that are not ready to be removed at the time of delivery unless previously arranged by salesman and is noted on sales invoice. In these cases there may be a $49.95 delivery charge to return. We reserve the right to refuse old appliances that may have excessive grease or pests of any kind. When using your own installer, be sure to have the old appliance disconnected before our delivery crew arrives. When we deliver, our crew will level the appliance and install hoses provided by the manufacturer for certain appliances. We remove all cardboard containers from the delivery site. We are not responsible for any parts or accessories that need to be added on for completion of the installation. It is the customer's responsibility to have a clear access path for our delivery crew. This is especially important in the winter months. Be sure to check access to doorways, hallways and entrances before our crew arrives. If we do not have access to your door due to any obstacle, or are unable to enter your home with your appliance, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in addition to a $39.95 re-delivery fee. All appliances must be signed for, by someone 18 years of age or older, at the time of delivery. If no one is home for the delivery, your product will not be dropped off, and a re-delivery fee of $39.95 will apply. Be sure to inspect your appliances at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages after our delivery crew leaves. If damage is detected while our crew is present, we will assess the situation and handle it at the time of delivery.

Check your dimensions: Check, double check and triple check. We are not responsible for appliances that do not fit. Keep in mind that appliances have changed sizes over the past years. Check doorways, hallways and entrance dimensions before our crew arrives. If we are unable to enter your home with your appliance, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and a $39.95 delivery fee as well. Our sales staff is always happy to assist you in dimension requirements.

Installation Policies:

Electric ranges and clothes dryers - Electric ranges and electric dryers do not come with new cords from the factory. Our delivery crew will attach a new power cord to your new stove and/or dryer at the time of delivery. We will supply either a 3 or a 4 prong power cord. Cords provided by Dracut Appliance are no more than 4 ft in length. If needed, we can supply a 6 foot cord at extra cost. Dracut Appliance does not install anti tip brackets on electric ranges.

Clothes washers - Most clothes washers do not come with new fill hoses. Our delivery crew will not re-use old hoses or existing hoses. We carry rubbers hoses and stainless braided hoses and will only connect your clothes washer to new hoses. When using existing hoses you will be responsible for connection. Hot and cold fill hoses should be changed every 3-5 years as a preventative maintenance. We will connect power cord from new washer to receptacle if present. We do not supply or carry any extension cords.

Our delivery crew does not disconnect gas appliances, refrigerator waterlines, dishwashers or any built in products. We can provide someone is needed

Gas appliances, water lines & ice makers, dishwashers, range hoods, over-the-range microwaves ovens, wall ovens, cook tops, garbage disposals, gas dryers and compactors can be installed for an extra cost. Below is a list installation prices. Installations are provided by a licensed and insured contractor. In most cases the pricing does not exceed what is charged at the time of sale. Installations could cost more depending on previous install. Codes and laws are changing all the time. Nobody knows for sure until we enter the home. The pricing below is what is charged at the time of sale. I.e.: new water valves, gas shut offs and rusted or corroded pipes are some example of how and when price could change.

Please verify that our cords will fit. Our delivery crew does not disconnect gas appliances, waterlines, dishwashers or any built in products. See store for a complete list if your product is not listed above.

Return Policies: Products to be returned, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee as well as a $39.95 re-delivery fee if applicable. Once a product is in the consumer's house and signed for, it is under warranty of the manufacturer. The manufacturer will examine any products not working after the delivery crew has left. We can not take back any appliance in exchange for a new one without having a service technician examine the product first. Subject to the service technician's assessment the product will be either repaired or replaced. Manufacturers warranty states that a service technician must inspect the product to determine what is causing it to fail. In cases of a product problem, the manufacturer has the right to fix the product. If it is an installation problem, the service technician does have the right to bill the customer for his time at the home. Return of any air conditioners will only be accepted if in original unopened box OPENED BOX AIR CONDITIONERS WILL ONLY BE TAKEN BACK DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE!!

Damaged: Any damage to the home must be inspected by a member of the D.A.C. team first. Any damage fixed by a customer, without a D.A.C. member looking at the damage will not be paid. Damaged products discovered after delivery will be repaired by the manufacturer unless the damage cannot be fixed. The manufacturer has the right to refuse repair on any defects reported after that time. Law states that if a product cannot be fixed within the first 30 days of delivery, the product must be replaced. Law also states that the manufacturer has the right to try and fix the problem. No manufacturer will take back an appliance without examining the product first. Therefore, a service technician will need to inspect each and every product. Returns of any built-in products including dishwashers, microwaves, over-the-range microwaves, wall ovens, garbage disposals etc., must have approval from the manufacturer to be returned. Dracut Appliance does not take back any built-in appliance without a manufacturer's approval. If a manufacturer states they will take back a built-in appliance, the customer is responsible for any installation charge incurred.

CHECK RETURN: Any checks return for non sufficient funds will be charged a 25.00 bank charge fee.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or nonperformance of this Agreement caused by strike, fire or accidents, nor shall either party be liable for delay or nonperformance caused by lack of availability of materials, fuel or utilities or for any other cause beyond its control.

Assignment

You may not assign Your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Our prior written consent.

Our services are available and may only be used by, individuals who are residents of North America and who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old, that you reside in North America, and that all registration information You submit is accurate and truthful. Disputes

Any resolution to Your dispute will be considered by Us in good faith and You agree to abide by Our decision. Should You seek a remedy in a court of law, it will be Your responsibility to pay Our legal fees. In addition, You hereby waive any right to a trial by jury in the event of any controversy or claim relating to this Agreement. This Agreement and Your use of Our web site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the New Castle County Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Agreement or any other controversy between You and Us. In addition to the foregoing, in the event of any breach or violation of this Agreement, We shall be entitled to enforce all of Our legal remedies for the breach or wrongful activity including, but not limited to, seeking actual damages, the maximum amount of statutory damages under applicable statutes and Acts, profits, treble damages, and attorneys' fees and costs. These remedies and damages are in addition to the monetary payments described above and/or any amounts otherwise due under this Agreement. You understand and agree that Retailer Web Services, LLC and Evolution Vertical LLC, merely maintains the web site for Us and is not a party to this contract.

We grant You a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with Our express written consent and the express written consent of Retailer Web Services, LLC. This Agreement is effective as of September, 23, 2015. We reserve the right to revise this policy from time to time without prior notice. You will be notified of any material changes in Our Terms of Service either by email or by a conspicuous posting on Our Web site.
